By accessing or using Pickable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of service
Pickable is a platform that connects users with experts for personalized advice through video responses and live calls. We facilitate these connections but are not responsible for the advice provided by experts.
3. User accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Expert responsibilities
Experts on Pickable agree to provide accurate information about their qualifications, respond to questions within the stated timeframe, and maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be issued if an expert fails to respond within the agreed timeframe. Platform fees are non-refundable.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Pickable to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Share false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees
- Scrape or collect user data without consent
7. Intellectual property
Content shared on Pickable remains the property of its creator. By posting content, you grant Pickable a license to display and distribute it within the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
Pickable is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or advice received through the platform.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Pickable after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
