Apply through our "Become an Expert" page. We review applications based on professional experience, expertise depth, and communication skills. The process includes profile review, a brief interview, and verification of your professional background. Most applications are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
Experts keep 95% of each transaction. The 5% platform fee covers payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance. There are no monthly fees or minimum commitments.
You have full control over your pricing. Set rates for each service tier based on your experience, market demand, and the value you provide. We provide guidance on competitive pricing, but the final decision is yours. You can adjust prices at any time.
Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect. You can choose direct deposit to your bank account or debit card. Funds typically arrive within 2-3 business days after payout initiation. You'll have a dashboard to track earnings and pending payouts.
Absolutely. You can decline any question that's outside your expertise or doesn't feel like a good fit. We encourage experts to only accept questions they can genuinely help with. Your response rate is tracked, but declining questions won't negatively impact your profile.
A smartphone with a good camera is enough to get started. For professional-quality responses, we recommend: decent lighting (natural light or a ring light), a quiet environment, and optionally a microphone for clearer audio. Screen recording software is helpful for technical explanations.
